This past weekend was the local Raintree Quilter's Quilt Show. Our show is for anyone in the guild and you do not go through any sort of selection process to have your quilt in the show. Our quilts are not judged. The only ribbons are given for "popular vote" in several categories. I will post the photos of the winners of the popular vote with their ribbons pinned on them below. To see photos of all the quilts in the show click on this link....Raintree Quilt Show photos.

Small wall hanging.......lots of hard work here!

Gorgeous bed runner by Linda Bohlen
Small lap quilt in bright colors.
Children's quilt category.....very pretty!
......and the over-all most popular quilt.....this beautiful appliqued roses quilt by Sharon Jefferies!
I love it.
I had 3 quilts hanging.....my lap size maple leaf quilt....
......my Nature Crazy Quilt in the wall hangings category.....
....and my orange quilt in the bed quilts, although I just consider it a large lap quilt.
I also had two little challenge pieces which don't get voted on.....my "Fence Row Charm" and my "Hankies For My Mother". I think both have been in my blog before, and I didn't take individual photos of them.

Your quilts are lovely. Thank you for sharing the winners from the show.
What a quilt show that was! Still not sat and took my time to look through them. But have them open.
Your quilts sure look good hanging up!
LOVE your entries, Mary! And all the quilts are just gorgeous! What a nice show. I joined the Quilt Guild here finally, and have attended several meetings. I pick up two ladies from church who now go as well. Really love the guild! I didn't think I would because it is so large. But, they divide the group into the day attenders and the night group, and I go at night. Still a lot of ladies, but I am having so much fun and learning a lot. Just love it! And I have been VERY busy working on my daughter's quilt as well as making several wearable items (baby gifts, a blouse for me, and pj shorts)plus I made a flannel/fleece blanket for my nephew. And I did the "New member Challenge" wall hanging for the Guild. They provided a quarter yd of fabric and you had to incorporate it into a wall hanging not more than 120" around. It turned out great but the one picture I took of it was awful, and now it's with the judges. I'll get another picture of it later. Plan to hang it in my bedroom. Plus, it largely matches the quilt I almost have finished quilting for my bed. Hope you are doing well!
